We currently ship within the United States. The following describes our processing times, delivery estimates, and how to track your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times & Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, as noted in our site announcement.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays are occasionally outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@neuutroogena.shop and we will help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly; if a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
